Diane Robinson
Diane Robinson is a Senior Living Advisor focused on enriching the lives of older adults and connecting people. With more than 20 years of helping people find joy in every day and celebrate the vibrancy of aging, she has built a reputation for helping older adults and their families navigate one of life's most important decisions—choosing the right senior living community.
Believing that aging is a journey best shared, Diane is committed to finding the right environment where individuals feel empowered, respected, and truly at home. She is regarded as a trusted guide who blends deep industry knowledge with strong connections to a variety of resources. Through listening, building strong relationships, and feeling compassion, Diane offers honest insights and delivers on her promises.
She thoroughly enjoys her work, and in her spare time, she enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, golf, and secretly wants to sit down with Robert Redford one day for a beer (and would very much appreciate any connections that could make that happen).
Phil Smith
With a diverse professional background spanning financial advising, special education, and senior living leadership, I bring a unique perspective to helping families navigate one of life's most important decisions. My experience as a Financial Advisor, Special Education Teacher, and Sales & Marketing Director at a local North Shore community center has equipped me with the skills to listen, advocate, educate, and guide people through complex transitions with compassion and confidence.
In my role at Age Well Transitions, I am dedicated to helping seniors and their families find the living solution that best fits their needs, lifestyle, and goals, making the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my large family, my girlfriend Kerry, and my two daughters, Maggie and Alice. I have proudly volunteered with Special Olympics for more than 20 years and am passionate about giving back to my community. When I'm not helping families, you'll likely find me on the golf course enjoying a round with friends and family.
